We are a small club of around 40 members. Our fees are £10 per year plus BMFA insurance. There are limited flying hours, Saturday afternoons between 1300 and 1600, Sundays any two hours between 11am – 1pm and Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons the last three hours before sunset.
We meet 4 times a year at the Pilgrims Hatch Parish Hall on the Ongar Rd/Junction of Orchard Rd. There is usually a theme for the evening. See link
On days when we cannot fly at the centre due to exhibitions on the field we migrate to Upminster Common on the border between Harold Wood and Brentwood to fly electric with mild slope lift if the wind is in the right direction (Westerly).
